Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping fee shown at checkout.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, just reach out within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange a return or refund.
How do I start a return?

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We're so sorry! Please email us with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away — no need to return the damaged item.

Can I use the ear cleaner on kittens or puppies?
The Pet Ear Cleaner 50ml is formulated for adult dogs and cats. For young animals, we recommend consulting your vet first.
