How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at esposito3104@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return and we'll reply within 24 hours with instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns cannot be processed.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it (unused and unaltered)
- In its original packaging (where applicable)
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
We're so sorry if your order arrived damaged! Please email us at esposito3104@gmail.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — you won't need to send the damaged item back.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We'll ship the correct item at no additional cost and cover the return of the wrong one.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened: ear cleaners and personal care products. If a product arrived defective, we'll still make it right — contact us.
