Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after purchase, and a second email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Times

We ship directly from our trusted supplier network to offer you the best prices. Standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after your order has been processed. Please note that shipping times may vary during peak seasons and holidays.

  • Free shipping on all orders over $50
  • Standard flat rate on orders under $50 — calculated at checkout

Tracking Your Order

Every order comes with full tracking. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery at any time.

Delays & Issues

While we work hard to deliver every order on time, occasional delays can occur due to high order volume, customs processing, or carrier issues. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, please contact us at esposito3104@gmail.com and we'll look into it right away.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your building's mail room first. If you still can't locate it, contact us and we'll do our best to resolve the situation promptly.
